Extravagant Dad

£0.00

8 Activities for children ages 2 to 14. Curated by our Children’s Leader, Debs Applin.

This resource is available by donation

An e-book of pick & mix activities to suit a range of ages, abilities + preferences! Some activities include video demonstrations and print-ready crafts.

Description:
Luke 15:11-32

This activity was written with Father’s Day in mind, but it can be done at any time to celebrate our dad’s or someone we look up to as our Superhero, whether they are biological dads, spiritual dads, stepdads, surrogate dads, grand-dads, Heavenly Dad, we want to celebrate them all. It’s also a time for us to look at ourselves as sons and daughters and ask ourselves whether we have honoured our parents.

This week’s story is often referred to as the Prodigal Son, but I’d like us to think of it as ‘The Extravagant Dad!’
